Terms and Conditions

  • Once all payments have been received in our bank account delivery for your order will be arranged.

  • Once an order has been confirmed it cannot be cancelled.

  • Orders cannot be returned or refunded.

    Expected delivery
    After payment for shipping has been received, please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be packed and shipped (excluding made-to-order, custom-made or pre-order items).

    Shipping costs
    All orders placed on our website exclude shipping costs. A separate invoice for shipping will sent to your email after we receive your order. Orders will not be dispatched until the shipping invoice has been settled. Please kindly remember to check your spam folder.

    The shipping rate includes the carrier rate and handling charge only. It does not reflect any duties, taxes or any other charges that may be imposed on this shipment by your country. We will include a pro-forma invoice with your shipment. We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges your shipment may incur.

    On bulk orders
    Please follow the order instructions given in the item page. Incorrect input of bulk quantity will result in an error in check out price. If an error has occurred, we will notify you immediately and your order will not be processed until the error is acknowledged and the accurate price is accepted.
